Dip.Ed Secondary Science teacher, then ICT Facilitator before moving to ACTIVboardNZ. Hilary enjoys exploring the ActivBoard software and sharing her knowledge with other enthusiasts, in person and on the PrometheanPlanet Forum.

	Liz Gunson - Teaching and Learning Advisor Liz@activboardnz.com Experience / Education Qualifications: TTC; Dip Tchg; Ad Dip Tchg; 20 years Primary teaching As teaching and learning moves into the future it is essential to maintain a high level of interactivity as it has been proven that the more an individual participates the more likely they are to learn and retain what they have learnt. The ActivBoard is the perfect tool for such teaching and learning.

	Tania Judge - Teaching and Learning Advisor Tania@activboardnz.com Experience / Education Qualifications:B.Ed, 5 1/2 years teaching experience; 4 years as a classroom teacher and 1 1/2 years as an ICT teacher. I love how technology can add to the teaching and learning experience and I enjoy helping teachers realise the potential that technology can have in their classrooms.

	Rachel Clapp - Training Manager Rachel@activboardnz.com Experience / Education Qualifications: B.Ed; Dip.Tchg. 11 years Primary teaching, 9 years in NZ, 2 years in UK, taught with an ActivBoard for 4 of those. ActivBoards are a fantastic teaching tool in the classroom. They increase children's motivation and enthusiasm. ActivBoards give teachers and children access to valuable, interactive resources to enhance their teaching and learning. I loved teaching with an ActivBoard and found that the digital resources available saved me lots of preparation time!

Tech Team

	Derek Thode - AV Technician Derek@activboardnz.com Experience / Education Qualifications: Electrician, ICT technician and 6 months with ACTIVboardNZ. Promethean's world leading IWB systems with our dedicated team behind them makes installing for our often very excited clients quite simply a pleasure. You can't go wrong with an ActivBoard!

	Scott Bellve - AV Technician Qualification and Experience: Previous experience in building and 6 months with ACTIVboardNZ I wish they had ActivBoards at my school when i was younger!

	Karl Mills - AV Technician Qualification and Experience: 2.5 years installing whiteboards for ACTIVboardNZ and currently studying networking at AUT I went from using ActivBoards at school to installing them for my job.

	Michael Eke - AV Technician Qualification and Experience: Dip. in Electronic Engineering plus many years experience in the technology industry I will be happy to help with your technical support enquiry.

Sales Team

	Marnie Etheridge - National Sales Manager Marnie@activboardnz.com Qualifications: B.Ed, Dip Tch Engaging and supporting children in their learning is often easier with the effective integration of ActivBoards in the classroom. I love the intellectual discussions which are easily promoted using the ActivBoard and how well they lend themselves to co-operative learning. So, why did I leave teaching I hear you ask? I believe through the positive promotion of this product and demonstrating the pedegogy behind the technology I can have a greater impact at the 'chalk' face!

	Simon Briscoe - Sales Simon@activboardnz.com Qualifications: B.Ed, Dip Tchg. I spent nine years in the classroom teaching from Yr 4 to Yr 8 and was lucky enough to have one of the first ActivBoards in New Zealand in my class. I now enjoy working with schools as they investigate interactive whiteboards and what is going to be the best option for them. I've seen the ActivBoard take off in New Zealand classrooms and I love hearing all the positive comments our users make; "the kids love it, they're so engaged, the resources are fantastic, this saves me so much time" and so much more.

	Richard Jenkins - Sales Richard@activboardnz..com Experience and Qualifications/Related Background: 5 years IT Account Management and AV Solutions My background in IT has taught me that technology is only as advanced as the user. That is why it's great that ACTIVBoardNZ is truly dedicated to learning with an experienced "Education-focused" team of Sales, Training and Technical Staff. This ensures that Schools wishing to advance with an ActivClassroom are supported and equipped with the understanding to utilize the true potential of an interactive learning environment.

	Dirk Potgieter - Sales Dirk@activboardnz.com Qualifications: B.Com, MBA Being in the sales environment for the past 14 years I am a firm believer in relationship selling. The customer must always be treated as a virtual partner of the company and only then a relationship of mutual respect and benefit will develop and be maintained.
