How do I get replacement Activpen nibs?

Please contact the ACTIVboardNZ tech team and they will send out the required number of Activpen nib replacements - free of charge.

Information

We have 2 types of pen nib. One type is approx 65mm long, and the other approx 30mm long. Please check which type you need and contact Promethean technical support, unfortunately the shorter nibs are now the only nibs in production and we are unable to supply the longer nibs. Activpen nib replacements are free of charge and we will send a pack of nibs to you.
