How do I calibrate my Activpen to line up with my mouse pointer?

Information

Sometimes it is necessary to calibrate your ActivBoard and Activpen when the tracking is not lined up, to do this follow these instructions:

Windows

If you have an older driver (before version 4) Right Click the AV Icon in the system tray, If you have the new driver (version 4) right click on the Activcontrol Icon in system tray and select "Calibrate" from the menu.

Click on the calibrate icon on the ActivInspire toolbar.

Mac

Go to System Preferences and ActivBoard. Click "Calibrate".

Click on the calibrate icon on the ActivInspire toolbar.

All Systems

Hover over the lit globe or flame in the top left hand corner of the ActivBoard, don't push the pen. The board will then beep and the calibration tool will start.

Or if your board has markings for the corners of the usable area then push the pen on the tip of the bottom left corner (you will see a dot there). The board will then beep and the calibration tool will start.

1. Choose 'USB ActivBoard from the list'.

2. Click 'Next'.

3. If you see a message box highlighting digital driver signing, it is safe to click 'Continue anyway'.

4. Click 'Finish' once the wizard has completed copying files.

5. Restart the computer.
